SR. Account Executive, HR. Assistant
AIGC LLC is looking to hire an Information Technology (IT) focused staffing Account Executives on a salaried + commission/bonus basis.
AIGC is an established and leading independent IT company that’s specialized in IT related installation and maintenance of many computer networks and devices needed to keep businesses running at optimum speed and efficiency. With over 15 years of combined experience in computer networking, repairs, and many other IT related services, and over 12 different degrees, diplomas, and certifications earned by our technicians, we are a solid and young brain professional generation IT company. We also provide IT Staffs and desktop support for companies with high concentration.
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who builds strong client relationships. Are you an HR professional who wants to use your HR expertise? If so, we want to have a round-table conversation with you with regards to the way forward. We are looking for someone who willing to grow with the AIGC and has the mind of a business owner, surrounded by industry experts who are driven to succeed as a company. Account Executive must be willing to significantly impact our success and the tangible result show career and financial growth in the company. The Account Executive will report to the CEO.
Roles & Responsibilities:
An ability to work independently strong and search out to understand customer needs. Consistently monitoring various job boards and databases for the most current jobs. Account Executive should call those companies Head management to established very long-lasting relationships. presentation skills result driven and comfortable working in a high performance, metrics-driven environment. Establish and maintain a strategic partnership with clients and work with the CEO to understand the present and future project needs. Excellent written and being able to clearly distinguish our services and recommend different solutions depends upon the necessities of the client.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4+ years’ experience as an Account Executive within the staffing industry or 2+ year experience within an HR function. 1-5+ years of professional Information Technology (IT) related to staffing sales experience.
